Most of the commercial coin-operated games that we sell are too large to ship by UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Most often due to the size, the games are shipped by a common freight carrier such as Watkins, Fedex Freight, New Penn Trucking, etc. We ship frequently with these carriers and receive up to an 80% Discount off of normal list rates - WE PASS THIS SAVINGS ON TO YOU!
Receiving merchandise from the shippers
Unless otherwise instructed, we send everything with "Arrival Notification". This means that the shipper will contact you to setup a convenient delivery time and date. Delivery is typically curbside drop off and you may need to arrange for a feww friends to help you move the game to your final destination. You can always ask the shippers for assistance when they call to setup delivery. Any additional charge for this can be worked out between you and them.
In the event of damage to the shipping cartons:
When your shipment arrives. Inspect it carefully. If it is definately damaged, refuse the shipment. If it appears it MAY be damaged, you can sign the Bill of Lading but be sure to mark it "Acceptance after final inspection - possible damage". Sometimes box's may appear damaged, but there has been no damage to the game packaged inside.
Parts orders are generally shipped by Fedex Ground.
